We offer full bathroom remodeling with custom shower pans or refacing with the existing footprint. When we do a full replacement, we remove everything down to the studs and in most cases replace the plumbing at the fixtures and drains. In most alterations we will route new plumbing to newly located fixtures. Most of the electrical will have to be brought up to code by a licensed electrician which may involve new wiring and the addition of GFCI circuits. On our initial consultation we will determine what options are better suited for your project. A reface includes removal and replacement of the tile, tub and fixtures in most cases will not require a filing with the building department.
